Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

At loomtribz, we strive to create artwork that you will cherish for years to come. Because each of our hand-painted pieces is unique, we handle returns and refunds with special care to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • Due to the nature of our handmade art, each piece is unique, so we do not accept returns simply because the item did not meet expectations in terms of color, size, or appearance after display.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their personalized and handmade nature, including:

  • Custom or personalized artwork (e.g., paintings made to your specific request)
  • Artworks that have been altered, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Artwork with obvious signs of use or damage.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any piece that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or has missing parts (unless the damage was caused by us).

Refund Process

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check the following:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items or discounted artwork cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a painting for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and return the damaged item to our office address: 39 Wantagh Avenue East Islip, NY 11730, USA.

Gifts

If the artwork was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the artwork was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be processed to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of higher-value artwork. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned piece.
